All day "No Worries"
Wedding Day Coverage:
(Typically, our studio sends two photographers for the all day coverage plans, thereby covering different angles and styles.)
We arrive early in the morning of your wedding day and document everything! From your morning coffee to hair and makeup to the "I dos" to the cake cutting and last dance. You tell us when to go home! These 3 coverage plans are for couples who want to have their entire day recorded and not have to worry, "Do we have time for the photographer to. . ." These coverage plans allow your day to unfold naturally in an unrushed manner. It allows you to relax and enjoy your day! "No Worries!"

Policies:
Reservations: We require 50% deposit to reserve your date along with a signed wedding contract.
Final payment:The balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding. (A $25 per week late fee is assessed on any remaining balance)
Refunds: Refunds for cancellations are 50% of your deposit up to 90 days prior to your date. Any cancellations at less than 90 days prior to your wedding date are non-refundable.
Travel: We are available to travel anywhere you need us. We will travel 70 miles from Hillsboro, Oregon free of charge. Outside that we will charge applicable travel fees to include, gas or airfare, overnight stay and meal expenses, vehicle rental as required
Destination Weddings: We love destination weddings. Please contact us for your destination wedding needs!
Other Photographers: We don’t mind if your family and friends want to take a photograph or two as long as they do not interfere with our duties, or use flash. But we will not hold up our work waiting for them. You paid us for our work and talent, we would hate for others to get in the way and waste your money. If others become a distraction to you or to us, we will ask you to ask them to stop. It is your responsibility to inform your guests of our policy.
Overtime: Only applicable to hourly coverage. While we do our best to cover everything you need within the time you hired us, sometimes things happen. People get lost or distracted. If it looks like we will have to run into overtime– we will approach you prior to let you know and to get your approval to stay. Overtime is billed at $350 per hour. No production or delivery of orders will be performed until overtime is paid in full.

We are pleased to carry "Renaissance The Book" for our flush mounted albums. They are similar to our Storybooks in that the design is 100% custom; telling your story in unique and creative ways.
The difference between the flush mounted albums and our storybook albums is that the Storybooks are printed and bound by a professional, commercial book printer and binder. The Flushmounted albums are photgraphs printed by our professional lab and put into the album by the Babies & Brides Crew.
Flush mounted albums come in wallet, 3x3, 5x7, 8x10, 10x10 and 11x14 sizes. Your choice of black or burgundy. You can choose between the standard cover or the overlapping cover.
The flush mounted albums come in 20, 30, and 40 page capacities. (Except the wallet and the mini 3x3, 5x5 sizes come in 10 page- standard covers only. 5x7 size comes in 20 or 30 page capacities with standard covers.)
Prints are included!!

The great thing about these albums are they are ALL CUSTOM- One-Of-A-Kind! Yet they are affordable! Call for details!

Weddings are expensive and budgets are tight. At Babies & Brides Family Photography, you have several options which give you some flexiblity to match your budget needs.
4 Payment plans:
- Normal Terms: coverage charge 50% deposit to reserve date. Orders must be paid in full when ordering.
- Credit Card Payments- accepted through Pay Pal. Can be whole purchase or partial.
- Easy Monthly Payments: Can be established. Set up a budget, divide the amount by the number of remaining months before your wedding. Convenient monthly payments will pay off your balances by the scheduled due dates. (a downpayment is required to hold your date)
- Lay away plan: Allows you to purchase your album and /or photographs and pay for them over an extended period of time. Monthly payments can be made as your budget allows. The order will be prepared within 45 days of final payment. Other orders will be prepared and delivered on normal delivery times if paid in full.
Albums & Frames:
We price our albums on a per page basis. we have several options available and pride ourselves on having something for every budget.
We also have many different ready made and custom framing options! We can turn your memories into fine art pieces you would be proud to have hang in your home! Contact us for details!
How to book your Wedding or Special Event.
When you have decided on Babies & Brides Family Photography as your photographer; contact us to be sure your date is available then make arrangements to book your date.
Arrangements can be done on the phone, with sending a check through the mail, e-mail with paypal, or with cash on a visit with the photographer(s).
Payment of 50% of desired coverage is required to book your date and reserve us for your special day!
Final adjustments (if needed) will be made at the final consultation -about 2 months before your wedding.
A contract spelling out the details of your special day is provided as a way of assuring you everything you expect for the prices quoted.
