     Babies & Brides Family Photography is based in the Portland Metro area of Oregon. Specializing in portraits and wedding photography.       

     The studio is headed up by Mark & Katie Garcia; who  pride themselves on capturing the personality, the essence, and emotion of their subjects.  Whether that is a sleeping newborn, a precocious three-year old, or a beautiful bride, they give each client 100% of their creative energy.

     They have a stunning style that will stand the test of time. Add that to their love of people, and willingness to go the extra mile and you have a winning combination.

About the Crew of Babies & Brides Family Photography

The crew, also known as the "Garcia-Tribe", are a close knit family who enjoys outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, gardening, and exploring new places. They are also consumate computer geeks, when they are not shooting a wedding or portraits, they can be found surfing the web, or playing computer games. (blowing each other up in a computer game is a great stress relief!!).

They are both active mentors for FIRST WestView Robotics Team #1510. (FIRST Stands for For the Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) Mark is an Electrical and Mechanical Mentor for the team and Katie is the Photography Mentor.) Katie and Mark enjoy photography in their off hours as well. Both enjoy nature and landscape photography; while Katie says anything and everything is fair game for her lens! She loves to work in the "digital darkroom" (photoshop). She views her photography as her worship and praise to the Lord. She is often heard saying

"I am not the artist, God is. I am only the instrument to record His artistry."
